We have created a short quiz to help you identify if you are a carer and to signpost you to support that is available locally.
We have collected some national carer resources to help you with things like mental health, carers rights and being a young carer.
Creative Paths
The Creative Paths programme was funded by Creative Scotland and delivered by Findhorn Bay Arts for Quarriers and proved to be a powerful project. Carers told us that they found it inspiring; that they gained confidence and learned new skills, that they are proud of what they created, and that it provided them with the opportunity to relax and focus on themselves for a while instead of the person they care for.
Click below to see slideshows of all the participants’ work from Block 1 of the project from across Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray. We think you’ll agree that everyone did a fantastic job connecting with their creative side.
