The Management Team is responsible for ensuring the service is fit for purpose and able to take advantage of relevant development opportunities.

Project Manager

Linda oversees all service activity, making sure we comply with our legal and contractual obligations, and keeping carers and carer issues at the forefront of discussions in a wide range of settings. She ensures carers play a key role in shaping the services we deliver.

Deputy Project Manager

Sophie line manages our Family Wellbeing Workers. She makes sure the team has the knowledge and practice to meet the support needs of unpaid carers of all ages, helping to reduce the impact of a caring role and encourage greater awareness among carers of their own health and wellbeing. She also provides additional support as second in command to Linda.

Our Development Team ensures we respond to the latest local, regional and national opportunities, taking account of what carers in Moray tell us matters to them, and helping us maintain the service profile and quality carers expect.

Communications and Performance Worker

Nuala ensures that communications and performance, both internally and externally, are as efficient and effective as they can be. She also develops, delivers and co-ordinates learning opportunities for both carers and staff, and looks after our Short Breaks programme, helping ensure carers are able to take regular breaks from their caring responsibilities.

The Service Support Team works hard to ensure the service runs as efficiently as possible on a daily basis and that those visiting, receive the best possible experience.

Reception and Administration

Audrey is the first person you will usually see or hear when you contact the office. She makes sure everyone is welcomed and pointed in the right direction in addition to ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Temporary Reception and Administration

Sam is responsible for keeping records up-to-date and covers reception and other administrative duties as and when required.

Family Wellbeing Workers support carers with information, advice, signposting and a listening ear. Two of our Family Wellbeing Workers support young carers, working with families, schools and other agencies to reduce the caring role as much as possible. One worker has a specific remit to identify young people in families where substance use or mental health are an issue.

Naomi works with young carers, helping ensure access to appropriate identified supports.

Emma works with adult carers, helping ensure access to appropriate identified supports.

Judith works with adult carers, helping ensure access to appropriate identified supports.

Lee-Anne works with young carers, helping ensure access to appropriate identified supports.

Linsey works with adult carers, helping ensure access to appropriate identified supports.
